چکیده مقاله:
Ni/H-mZSM-5 was synthesized as hierarchical (micro/mesoporous) ZSM-5 zeolites by indirect template method, for thefirst time. The resulting zeolite materials, exhibit significantly enhanced diffusional properties in comparison with purelymicroporous zeolite materials. These enhanced mass transport properties have been shown in several cases to result insignificantly improved catalytic properties in a range of important reactions. The structural and morphologicalcharacterizations of the prepared catalysts were investigated using XRD, SEM, TEM and XPS techniques. Thesehierarchical zeolites were used as acid-metal bi-functional heterogeneous catalysts as hydride transfers in reductiveamination of aldehydes. In these reactions, NaBH4 was used as a reducing agent. Excellent yields at room temperatureand very short reaction time in aqueous media conditions were obtained. The reusability experiments showed that thestability of Ni/H-mMZSM-5 was excellent and the catalysts could be reused 9 times without much loss of activityreductive amination of aldehydes.
