چکیده مقاله:

Nanoparticle for its special and unique features is widely used in different industries such as medicine andpharmaceutical. In addition to positive aspect of zinc oxide nanoparticle attention to its toxicity in environment isunavoidable. This study is done on 32 wistar rat race, in 4 group include on control and 3 experimental groups thatdaily control for control group was with Saline Solution 0.5 cc and 3 other with 0.5 cc nanoparticle by different doses(44,200,100 ppm) were treated intraperitoneally. After a 10- day period, samples were unconscious, blood sample werecollected from the heart and the Luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle – stimulating hormone (FSH), Testosterone (TSS)were measured. The statistical raw data was analyzed by SPSS statistical software and analysis of variance (ANOVA)and Dunnett testswere performed The results show that zinc oxide nanoparticle has significant effect on mentioned sexhormones, and also show that in concentrations of 400 ppm LH and FSH have significant increase in comparison bycontrol group and TSS hormone has significant decrease in comparison by control group (P<0.05). The results of thisstudy emphasize that oxide nanoparticle lead to increase of female hormone in male and deep increase.
