In addition to the positive effects of sustainable bio-fertilizers on soil fertility, economic and environmental aspects of the fruitful and may be suitable as a replacement for all or at least be part of chemical fertilizers. The most important types of Azotobacter bio-fertilizers and mycorrhiza fungi can be noted. To study the response of different wheat genotypes to mycorrhiza and azotobacter under dry land conditions of beiranshahr, Lorestan province, Iran, this experiment was conducted in 2014 - 2015 growing seasons. The experiment was conducted in factorial (2*2*3) in the form of a randomized complete block design with four replications. The first, second and third factors included mycorrhizal inoculation (inoculation with and without Glomus intradices), azotobacter inoculation (with and without Azotobacter chroococcum) and wheat genotypes (Sardari, Sabalan and Azar2). The results indicated that the effect of genotypes was significant on all agronomic traits. The main effect of azotobacter was significant on the number of tillers and root colonization percentage. So it can be concluded that inoculating Azar2 genotype with mycorrhiza gave the maximum yield under dry land farming conditions of beiranshahr (Lorestan) region, Iran.
