چکیده مقاله:

Satureja is a plant and family of Lamiaceae. This plant has different properties and it is used in homes and industries as vegetable, it is also used in traditional medicine. Water is necessary for different metabolism processes in this plant. The amount of water can be varied in different weather conditions including drought which affects Morphological and biochemical properties of Satureja. The effects of drought are dominant on the height and shoots of the plant and the essence as well. The more drought stress decreases the length and essence of the Satureja. But the essence increases in flowering stage dramatically. In the current study we use seeds of Pakan Bazr Isfahan Company. Cultivation of seed has been done first and then we analyzed the growth factors. In continue analysis of Photosynthetic pigments, Carbohydrates, Proline and Enzymes activities and analysis of of it. In some cases it causes some essential factors of the plant and in one case no changes were found: increase of drought does not affect the LAR of the plant much.
