According to soil and precipitation characteristics, rain or snowfall transforms to runoff. Despite the fact that runoff water is an enormous resource, it has the potential to inflict damage (because of the risks of flooding), which such events are predictable and preventable. In this study, due to the elevation and slope of the basin Plain, by using ARC-GIS10 software, the main direction of water flow identified. Then the land use information for year 2015 was obtained from satellite images, Landsat 8 OLI. Using supervised classification, the land use classification, divided into 5main forms, Urban, Vegetation, Tope, Tore and arid areas. According to daily rainfall data and average of monthly evapotranspiration, in Sahrekord, Saman and Ben weather stations, from October 2014 to September 2015, the plain is divided into 4 sub-basins. To simulate rainfall-runoff model, HEC-HMS software and SCS standards for estimating Loss, Lag time and initial abstraction were used. In general, precipitation from October 2014 to September 2015 was 211.1 million cubic meters, that 71.6 million cubic meters infiltrated, or vaporized and 155.4 million cubic meters transformed to runoff water. The volume of runoff water can be a great source to meet the needs of the region
