Evaluating and analyzing Safety condition in tunnel construction based on accidents approach study on Seattle Tunnel project

This research aims at presenting reference to important articulations of safety at work. The research reflects on an accident on the Seattle tunnel project accident as part of the continuous articulations of what was mainly supposed to be done in order to prevent the accident. With this avocation, every aspect that was intuitively shown as the fallout to cause the accident as certainly meant to be followed. This could include the affluence from lack of keen in the geothermal conditions that are certainly very rare for many to follow, but very important in the work process. Lack of proper safety regulations and definitions during work process is also considered a factor that was declined in this accident. This is because, they could have added shaft crash rescue methods to avoid falling of the workers or prevention of this accident by backup support for the lift at breakdown. Guidance from the technical lean management was supposed to be implemented in order to secure the safety of the workers in the accident. From the accident, we therefore prospect the need to alienate the safety requirements that were not followed and the influence from the prospective of the investigation of what is supposed to be done during the accident.
