چکیده مقاله:
In the present study, by using seaweed, organic and eco-friendly fertilizer is produced. Therefore algae (Nizimuddinia zunardini) were collected from Chabahar and were dried after washing and forsupplying seaweed extract, 50 gr of algae powder with 500 ml of distilled water was boiled for 60min. The extract was considered as 100 percent. Then 2/5, 5, 7/5, 10, 20 concentrations were prepared. At first phase 60 seeds were used in 3 plates for each treatment. The plates were irrigated with 10 ml of the extracts and distilled water for control at first and third day and were analyzed onthe eighth day. At next phase the experiment was laid out in a randomized block design with three replications and fourteen treatments viz., 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, and 10.0% (v/v) of Nizimuddinia zunardini saps and a control with water only, also, in order to compare Seaweed Fertilizer and ChemicalFertilizer a chemical treatment was considered on the technical feasibility. All used algal fertilizers were applied as foliar spray, over a period of about 30 days after planting. The plants were harvested at the end of vegetative period (60 days old). The studied parameters include morphologicalconstituents such as germination percent, length of shoot and root, fresh and dry weight of shoot and root and biochemical constituents such as chlorophyll a, b, total, carotenoid and carbohydrate content. The highest increase in the parameters related to 10% concentration. Marine algae have high levels ofmicro and macro nutrients and hormones such as auxin, cytokinin and gibberellins so can increase germination and vegetative growth.
