Transformation of E-Government to M-Government to Enhance Effectiveness of Service Deliveries

Today, governments all over the world attempt to enhance their service delivery channels in order to create more interactive communication and improve the level of citizen satisfaction and trust. By growing technology and online platforms, governments tend to deliver number of online services to citizens which positively facilitate and accelerate steps of accomplishment of a service through World Wide Web, citizen could access services everywhere at any time and this could play a vital role in raising their satisfaction from e-government. However, today by dramatic improvement of mobile platform, e-government is being transformed to m-government. This paper investigates on importance of m-government in delivering professional e-services through mobile technologies. Similarly by analyzing various m-government services numbers of m-government growth barriers are analyzed and a framework is proposed to enhance future researches on this field.
