In today’s global market, an international industry must collaborate with a large number of suppliers and different customers worldwide. To offer a large variety of products and services while keeping costs and lead times low, the virtual supply chain is emerged. In this paper we will introduce a conceptual model of Virtual SCM, which is composed of Intelligent Agents and Enterprise Knowledge Architecture (EKA). In this model we have an Electronic Intelligent Supply Chain, which is a good model for virtual supply chain needs.
