Strategic Information Systems can improve the competitive advantages of companies. For IT developing, there are famous and standards models which this paper presents them as its capability and limitations. CSF was the SIS development method for XYZ Co. According to this method, studies were focused on the most important activities of XYZ, critical department were defined, and SWOT and CSF analysis in each department illustrated required SIS. Result of this research, which presented here, is suggestion of SIS for these departments according to selected analysis and design method.
