چکیده مقاله:

a major concern when carrying out welding simulations is to accurately model material behavior as it varies with temperature and composition plate specimens have been modeled investigate the effects of conductivity and expansion coefficient variations of welding temperature fields and residual stresses thermal conductivity plays an important role in thermal analysis of welding while thermal expansion coefficient is an important factor during mechanical analysis . in order to make this investigation possible a numerical modeling has been developed using the ABAQUS software uncouplde thermal -mechanical three dimensional finite element models have been developed to predict the temperature fields and residual stresses during and after welding by variation of the properties specified.
