چکیده مقاله:

In this paper we presents a view of fundamental concepts of knowledge management (KM). Emphasize the critical and important role of Knowledge Management in organization. Explain the goal and useful of knowledge management that whit management of knowledge the organization could have a competitive advantage. Firstly, we define knowledge, data, andinformation then distinguish the difference between them. Review various types of knowledge and how KM creates value for organization. In this view specify discrepancy between knowledge management and information management. Based on paper functions of knowledge management determine and performed in five categories. We conclude the paper with property of successful KM initiatives and which issues impress the development of KM in organization.
