Organizations continue to seek innovative ideas for improving their processes and retaining a competitive edge. Kaizen is a concept that focuses on improving a work area or an organization in incremental steps. Many organizations have begun to incorporate the philosophy of kaizen through the use of kaizen events. Kaizen events typically focus on specific improvement goals. Kaizen is a system that involves all employees – from senior management to the janitorial crew. Everyone is encouraged to come up with small improvement ideas and recommendations on a regular and continuing basis.As we know science is a body of empirical, theoretical, and practical knowledge about the natural world, produced by researchers making use of scientific methods, which emphasize the observation, explanation, and prediction of real world phenomena by experiment. Technology is a broad concept that deals with a species usage and knowledge of tools and crafts, and how it affects a species' ability to control and adapt to its environment. These days kaizen theory has combine Science & Technology together.Kaizen involves setting standards and then continually improving those standards. To support the higher standards Kaizen also involves providing the training, materials and supervision that is needed for employees to achieve the higher standards and maintain their ability to meet those standards on an on-going basis.In this paper tried to answer to this question which, how well the kaizen can help in organizations to achieve the following concept (paper principal):Decreasing changeover time on a piece of equipment or process, Creating a one-piece-flow work cell, Developing a pull system, Improving the manufacturability of a product design, Improving a product development process and Improving other administrative processes such as order processing, procurement, engineering change processing and other paperwork/information processing activities.According to investigation in JAC Auto Company(famous automobile company in China), tried to use the kaizen events and apply them in organization between the employees and analyze the result and then make a new and unique kaizen events that is related to JAC auto company activities. The objectives of this paper are, firstly to identify the key themes in kaizen, secondly to apply those themes to understand how kaizen affect in developing organizations and thirdly to determine and show the major advantage of kaizen which is the approach to making changes and monitoring results on a continuous basis as its fundamental methodology and introduce the new kaizen event STREETS .
