چکیده مقاله:

The most important challenge for managers in the various opportunities situation is to identify the best strategies for the organization and implement them on time. By using researcher-made questionnaires based on pairwise comparisons and Likert scale, a dynamic approach was developed to integrate SWOT, BSC, ANP and Environmental Scanning in order to formulate, evaluate and prioritize the strategies of the Esfahan Petrochemical Company. By conducting this research and implementing its results, that company has a systematic and dynamic mechanism for selecting the best strategies and reviewing its strategic priorities and compared to the time before doing this research, this company has been more capable of deciding and responding to competitive conditions related to privatization and has taken an effective step to meet the demands and expectations of its stakeholders
