چکیده مقاله:

a large amount of oil is remained in after primary and secondary recovery and this oil can be our energy source for future . Due to undeniable dependency of the global industry on oil and lil products and increasing need for energy from the entire world , some methods to increasing the recovery of oil are implemented. to challenge with low sweep effciency , viscous fingering , early breakthrough of gas and controlling the front mobility , some new methods of enhanced oil recovery such as WAG are proposed . the WAG injection process aims to squeeze more oil out of the reservoirs. it is well known that remaining residual oil in the flooded rock may be lowest when three phases -oil, water and gas- have been achieved in this volume. in this method water and gas are altermatively injected in to reservoir. the advantages of water alternating gas injection are; reduction and control of the mobility ratio, creating stable front preventing from early fingering of gas nad expansion of contant surface of the injected fluid and reservoir due to movement ofand gas upward and downward. these advantages have promoted extensive application of this method throughout the world.
