Interactions Between Socio- Culture Reform and Security in the Persian Gulf

National, regional and international security is based primarily on both tranquility and wellbeing, By tranquility is meant that the volume and intensity of cooperation for exceeds the volume and intensity of conflict. Cooperation, domestic, regional and international is a function of active participation, involvement and commitment on one hand and strong feeling of shared and joint interests. Security is also based on acquiring and achieving basic needs for citizens as well as states. The absence of resources necessary for satisfying basic and essential needs is a substantial element in threatening security and leading to conflict.
