Team dynamics model in project-based organisations

In today's globalized workplace, understanding of teamwork issues is becoming ever-important and organisations need to have and to apply appropriate tools to improve team effectiveness. The aim of this study is to explain a model for creating positive team dynamics inside project-based organizations, in order to improve team effectiveness among organisation's projects. For this purpose, different factors which are more likely to lead to team success are studied. In addition, the driving forces which enhance those factors are discussed in detail.
