چکیده مقاله:

An increasing number of organizations are turning to knowledge based organizations. Thus, these firms pay attention to innovation and creativity more and more. Therefore, this study focused on the mediationg role of organizational forgetting in the LMX-creative work involvement relationship. Data(N=418) collected in Insurance companies in Khorasan province organizations. Results indicated that LMX positively affected creative work involvement. Also, organizational forgetting acted as a partial mediator between LMX and creative work involvement.
