خلاصه مقاله:
This paper presents a new control strategy applied to fossil fuelled power plant master controller. In this regard an overall power plant model has been developed and then the control scheme is implemented in the developed model. In this control strategy instead of keeping control parameters constants, they are determined on-line with regard to error and error rate. Expert knowledge is used for controller parameter tuning via fuzzy set theory. It is shown that the response of the system improves significantly. It is also shown that fuel consumption decreases considerably.
