Simulation of gas flow in micro and nano -scale using the lattice boltzmann method

The lattice boltzmann model is a simplified kinetic method based on the particle distribution function. In this paper we used the lattice boltzmann method (LBM) for the analysis of high and moderate knudsen number flow phenomena in which the velocity slip near the wall plays an important role.
