چکیده مقاله:

Spin transport properties in mesoscopic nano rings is studied subject to the spin-orbit interaction and a tunnel barrier by introducing and simulation effective Hamiltonian for a one dimensional ring and applying the quantum nano wave guide theory. According to transmission function, there are two types of zeros. The zeros of the first kind correspond to the eigenstates of the closed ring, whereas the zeros of second type at are given by the geometry-dependent interference condition for nodes and appear only in an asymmetric configurations. Both numerically and analytically conclusions elucidate the role of the internal and geometrical symmetries breaking in quantum transport. That has fundamental role on the quantum phenomena such as spill out in nano structure, absorption content.
