چکیده مقاله:

In this research, Magnetic ferrite Znx Fe3-x O4 nanoparticles with Zinc doping (x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6) prepared by co-precipitation method .Structural and Magnetic properties of nanoparticles using by X-Ray diffraction analysis (XRD), Far –Fourier Transmission Infrared (Far-FTIR) and vibration Sample Magnetometer (VSM) to be studied .The X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) revealed that the Sample crystallize in a single –phase cubic spinel structure. Crystallites size of samples varies from 6 nm to 12 nm. The Far –Fourier Transmission Infrared (Far –FTIR)Spectra show two fundamental absorption bands ν1 in the range 500-800 cm- 1,corresponding tetrahedral complex , and ν2 in the range 300-450 cm1 Corresponding octahedral complex. The saturation magnetization (Ms) is obtained from VSM data .The saturation magnetization is found to be increased up to x=0.2 and then decreased.
