Synthesis of the ZnO- γ- Mn2O3 nanocomposite adsorbent on active alumina support

چکیده مقاله:

In this study, ZnO- γ- Mn2O3 / γ -Al2O3 nano-composites was synthesized by heterogeneous precipitation method as efficient adsorbent. The prepared Nano composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy techniques and absorption of UV light. The results indicate the growth of zinc oxide and manganese oxide nanoflakes on the active alumina with 96 percent adsorption of methyl orange and 88 m2 / g-1surface area by nano-composites.
