Investigation of Mechanical Properties of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) reinforced by fiber (Carbon, Glass)

In this paper, carbon and glass fibers were mixed NBR by various means of mixing methods with consideration fibers Wt% and fiber lengths as variables, and thirty composite models were made. The produced composites were tested by Rheometer, Tensile Strength, Resilience and Compression set devices. The effects of each variable is assessed on each test.
