Describing the female handball players’ mental skills of Isfahan

چکیده مقاله:

Background: The purpose of this study was explaining the mental skills in woman players in Isfahan. Materials and Methods: are athletes’ the intrinsic or trained qualifications that caused tothe success. The mental methods are exercises that caused to the obtaining skills. The skills are anxiety control, attention control, having internal motivation & keeping confident & the example of mental methods include illustration, inner dialogues, implantation & relaxation:this research is descriptive & surveying ones that did in 2011-2012. The statistical population was 115 persons of female handball players for analyzing the skills, noticed to the population limitation of research; it is considered the statistical sample. The questionnaire (Omsat mentalskill) is used for mental skills. It is used Cornbache’s alpha coefficient for testing validity of questionnaires & it is 0.85 & the justifiability of it is 0.83. The highest level of score is 5 & the lest of it is 1 Results and Discussions: based on findings, standard deviation of implantation is 4.16 28,confident is 4.11, motive is 4.32, reaction to stress 7.75, relaxation 4.50, anxiety control 4.23, exciting 4.02, concentration 4.09, again concentration 5.73, imaginary 3.36, mind exercise 4.75 & designing 4.73. The results showed that reaction to stress component of mental skill isin the highest score in female handball players & the result is same as Keivanfar’s research. The results of finding showed that the mental skills are not meaningful according to themarital status based and mental skill is meaningful according to the ages and activities and education levels and demographic characteristics and activity characteristic on P≤0.05. Conclusion: solidarity among them was meaningful that leadership methods effected oncreativity directly or indirectly as facilitating & motivating factors. The results of this research showed that there is different significant between personal creativity based on demographic characteristics in the ages components
