Investigate Swim Teaching Plan (Sabah) From the View Point of Parents,Teachers and Sports Experts of Teaching and Training Department of Isfahan Province

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate swim teaching plan (sabah) from the view point of parents, teachers and sports experts of teaching and training department of Isfahan province. Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive -survey study. Statistical populationconsisted of parents, teachers and sports experts of Isfahan province. Sample size wasselected via cluster sampling (1200 individuals for parents grope) and simple random sampling (280 for teachers group and 90 for sports experts) that According to Krejcie and Morgan table, sample population in parents, teachers and experts were counted 291,162 and 73 respectively. Two questionnaires, one for parents including 28 items and one for teachers and experts including 24 items were used for data collection. For data analysis, Kolmogorov - Smirnov test and Levin test were used to ensure normaldistribution of respondents' scores and investigation of homogeneity of variance respectively. After obtaining two prerequisites consisted of normal scores and homogeneity of variance to determine statistical significance, Data were analyzed by one-sample t- test and analysis of variance using SPSS.Results and Discussions: Findings showed that swim teaching plan in programming component, monitoring and evaluation component from the view point of parents,teachers and sports experts, facilities and costs components from the view point ofparents and human resource component from the view point of teachers and sports experts was more than average significantly (P=0/001).swim teaching plan in facilities and costs components from the view point of teachers and sports experts was less than average significantly(P= 0/001) and in human resource component from the view point of parents was in average level(P= 0/886) and mean total score from the view point ofparents, teachers and sports experts was more than average significantly(P=0/009). Conclusion: According to the research results, proposed program seems to be appropriate but more efficiency depends on adequate funding and development of facilities.
