Investigating the conditions of sports complexes in Hamedan province applying strategic method

Background: The aim of present study is to investigate the condition of government sports complexes in Hamedan province using strategic method. Materials and Methods: This survey is of Descriptive-Analytical type, using field research. Demographic features consist of managers of sports complexes in Hamedanprovince. Gathering data has been fulfilled applying the researcher's questionnaire whose reliability and validity have been calculated with Cronbach Alpha quotient (0/87) through supervision of experts in the field. Results and Discussions: The results showed that the sports complexes have some weakpoints in the fields of sports complexes facilities, scheduling and maintenance; Furthermore, government sports complexes have some strong points such as: safety condition, location of sports complexes, customer orientation and human resources.Conclusion: Also , the sports complexes have some opportunities like people's attachmenttoward sports and private sector's investment ; facing some threats such as : economicinflation , lack of income through sports tourism in the region , lack of free time for people to do sports , lack of media sports advertisement and low rate of income for people
