The relationship of religious orientation with social intelligence and cultural intelligence in the personnel of the department of Education (male and female) from Region 2 of Yazd city

the aim of this study is to examine the relationship between religious orientation, cultural intelligence and social intelligence of Education employees (male and female) in Region 2 of Yazd city. A total of 110 personnel were selected using random sampling. Data collection tools were Cultural intelligence, social intelligence and religious orientation questionnaires. After the completion of questionnaires, SPSS software was used for data analysis. The results showed that there is not a significant relationship between social intelligence and religious orientation variables and between religious orientation and age. Cultural intelligence Mean in both males and female is almost equal and there is not a significant difference between the two groups. But there is a significant relationship between cultural intelligence and social intelligence. In addition, there was no significant difference between religious orientation and education background
