Evaluation of the effectiveness of health programs in primary schools in Amol

This study aimed to determine the burnout and associated factors inSaveh city’s healthcare personnel, workload levels, social supportand self-esteem of the staff. In this descriptive-analytical study thatwas performed by cross sectional method, with using of cluster andrandom sampling methods, 253 personnel of Saveh city’s healthcarecenters completed the research tool which comprised ofdemographic data form and Maslach burnout inventory (MBI). Inthe MBI, the frequency of studied units in each aspects of burnoutwhich includes emotional exhaustion, depersonalization andreduction of personal accomplishment were evaluated by Likertscale in the forms of low, medium and high. The data analyses havebeen carried out through SPSS computer program and proper use ofstatistical tests (descriptive-analytical). Authorities should pay moreattention to the burnout problem due to its effect on the job, familyand personal performance and its influence on the absenteeism fromwork, early retirement, stress reduction and increasing the jobsatisfaction of employees by improving the workplace conditions inhealthcare centers.
