Social Network is going to reshape individual, social and public relationships; it is an opportunity for people to express their ideas about different matters. In the most recent statistics; 1.44 billion of people are members of Facebook that at least log-in once monthly. Twitter also as one of the biggest social network, has more than 500 million users which out of more than 302 million are the active members. This amount of users can give a clear perspective of public opinion. While Facebook is the most popular network among Persian language users, Iranian politicians are more active on the Twitter. President Hassan Rouhani is one of the most active politicians in Twitter. He has joined this social network when he stepped into official in August 2013. He has two twitter accounts in English and Persian. This paper will study on the interactions of the President and public via twitter in his first 100 days of presidency; for this purpose the qualitative content analysis method will be used. It is important to mention that this subject had never studied before.
