چکیده مقاله:

Due to high orders variation in job shops, and importance of profitability as a performance measure in selection process, a fuzzy profit performance measurement decision support system (FPPM-DSS) is constructed to assist managers deal with selection problem of received orders. In this paper, a Mamdani type fuzzy inference system is employed based on two metrics of theory of constraints (TOC) namely return on investment (ROI), productivity and also production rate as a considering criterion. Finally, an application of FPPM-DSS is also designed and implemented in a real world case via MATLAB software to show simplicity and applicability of the model.
