چکیده مقاله:

The present research is aimed in evaluating the employee relationship proneness role in creating employee loyalty in Standard and Industrial Research Organization of Iran. The loyalty indexes assumed in the research were: 1) WOM (word of mouth) on the organization, 2) Staying intention with the organization, 3) benefit insensitivity; and 4) complaining.The research sample is the employees working at Standard and Industrial Research Organization of Iran. According to the plain random sampling method, 150 employees were selected and the questionnaire distribution was undertaken among the selected sample from which 130 questionnaires were gathered and analyzed using LISREL software. Based on the hypotheses testing results, it is obvious that there is a strong and positive relation between the relationship proneness with affective commitment and normative commitment but it has not any influence on the continuance commitment. The affective commitment has positive relationship with only one of the behavior variables in the employee loyalty behavior which is WOM on the organization and has effect on other variables, i.e. staying intention, complaining and benefits insensivity. The continuance commitment has negative relationship with other employee loyalty indexes. The normative commitment with effect on all four behavioral variables of employees has higher impact on employee loyalty compared to two other organizational commitments such that it has strong and positive relationship with benefits insensivity and staying intention and also has positive relationship with WOM on the organization and complaining.
