چکیده مقاله:
Motivation and user satisfaction intercede the influence of Informal Communication and Information System Quality on Job Satisfaction. Today’s environment is global and very complex, and the association between informal communication and information system quality with job satisfaction in establishments of Iran remains an important area of worry for managers and employees' globally. Informal communication is a crucial factor for organization's performance and growth. Informal communication and information system quality plays an important role in job satisfaction of today’s competitive organizations. The inter relationship between informal communication and quality of system information plays an important role in the growth and success of the organization. In key organization outcomes like job satisfaction, Informal communication and information system quality are proposed as a crucial predictor. The paper is undertaken to demonstrate the relationship between mangers and employees' communications especially informal communication and information system quality to enhance job satisfaction in organizations. Data for this study is collected by means of questionnaires. This data is collected from those participants who were managers and employees Banks of Khuzestan, Iran. The methods for data collection were library, Field study, and assessment through Questionnaires. The validity of the research was approved by content, and structure and facial method and measurement permanency through method of Cronbakh's Alpha 5 by (5.9560). The assessment hypotheses of the research were analyzed by the formulas and were analyzed via Kendall's coefficient of concordance. The aim of this paper is to assess the informal communication and information system quality and relationship with job satisfaction. The researcher in current paper concluded that informal communication and information system quality plays a key role to enhance job satisfaction between managers and employees in establishments of Iran.
