Doubtlessly, in competitive atmosphere and unrest environment of these days in which the organizations are established and have a permanent outstrip, only those organizations and institutes are able to exist and have an ever-increasing development which set the elevation of qualify of services and products and also satisfaction and loyalty of customers as the basic pivot in their activities. Provision of customer satisfaction has a great importance that forces organizations (universities) to use modern managing models and methods such as CRM1 and TQM2. Organizations are so interested to attract the attention and satisfaction of customer because customers pay the expenses of their services. So, in this study we intend to assess the application rate of TQM in Islamic Azad University, Bukan Branch, by means of some variables such as instructional instruments, areas, contents and contexts, professors, instructors and instructional support from the viewpoint of students of this University and in form of two main theories. At last, general and particular conclusions are discussed which briefly point at the performance of instructional total quality management in Islamic Azad University, Bukan Branch
