Internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has been a topic researched in a multitude of views. Differing scholars have tackled the subject from different points of view and found out that there is not one single path to internationalization. In this paper we study As the globalization rises, (SMEs) have a very important role of opening the local products/services to the international markets, and as well as competing with multinational competitors in the local markets There are some entrepreneurial, external and internal factors behind the success of SMEs through the globalization process. Their management resources, however, are limited. Strategic alliances are one effective way in which they can make up for these limitations. Strategic alliances are links between two or more companies to mutually carry out a specific project by coordinating necessary resources while still preserving their autonomy. In this paper we offer the firms in Iran to use international joint venture strategic with Turkish companies for creation of International Holding and also help in the process of internationalization
