چکیده مقاله:
Although in simple macroeconomic models supply and demand for labour can be considered a function ofprice level (either real or nominal) and on the basis of it equilibrium in the labour market (which determines the level of wages and the amount of supply and labour demand) can becalculated, other factors can significantly disrupt the balance. Thus, when the equilibrium in the labour market can only be considered a function of wages that all other factors are assumed constant. Gender, one of the variables that can affect balance in the labour market, especially in the economic that labour market can be divided according to these factors. This article aims to examine different perspectives concerningthe impact of gender on employment in the province of Yazd during the Third Development Plan with specific cultural features in the labour market. Approximately61,000 job seekers during the Third Development Plan (a third of them are females) officials and experts from the field of labour market and employment, as well as entrepreneurs and professionals in Yazd province constituted the statistical population of the study and data required to assess their views will be gathered through questionnaire technique
