چکیده مقاله:

Each year more than one million women are diagnosed with breast cancer worldwide overhalf of whom will die from the disease. Breast cancer is the most common cancer amongwomen in the worldwide. In clinically, the illness passes from one hidden period about 8-10years before a cancer cell convert touchable tumor cell. So identify the disorder early cansave patient from death. MicroRNAs regulate numerous aspects of normal and pathologiccellular processes, including cancer. slight Increase or decrease in the serum of some ofthem as potential biomarkers in cancer cell represents entering the early stages of cancer.Early detection of breast cancer should be employed in order to identify these warningfactors. We have tried to diagnose in the early stages of infection using genosensor designedto detect breast cancer, based on gold nanoparticles with metric calories. For the subject, itshould be evaluated all of factors such as the affect of structure of the sensor, hybridizationbuffer, pH and temperature. In the next step the sensor behavior to different concentrations ofmiR-21 is measured to find the optimum concentration for a change in the structure of thesensor. The aim of the study is to examines the HEPES buffer on hybrid power sensorstructure genetic markers in the diagnosis of (miR-21) as breast cancer marker.
