چکیده مقاله:

In this paper, a mathematical cancer model is used to show the influence of different drugdosages on the cell population in a proposed treatment period. The model simulates thechange of cancer cell population versus dosage of two different drugs A, B in ten experiencetreatment period from 10-100 days. At the first treatment experience, 10 days period, cancercell population was seen above 10000 where increasing dosage of two mentioned drugssimultaneously could decrease the number of cancer cells gradually. Moreover, cancer cellscan grow dramatically about six times during the period if the treatment is stopped or aminimum dosage of drugs is used. Meanwhile, it was found that there is a dosage ratiobetween drugs A, B, where more than this ratio, no rapid drop is monitored in cell population.This fact emphasizes the more influence of drug B in high dosage level. It means that drug Acan be stopped in its level where the dosage of drug B is more than a fixed value dosage ofdrug A. The mathematical of cancer which was based on a set of differential equations whichis simulated by derivative algebraic method in Matlab- Simulink environment.
