چکیده مقاله:

To evaluate the effect of irrigation (irrigation disruption at the beginning of flowering, end of flowering, grain filling and control) and biological phosphorus (0, 50, 100 and 150 g/ha) on the seed (obtained from treated plants) germination and seedling growth of Brassica napus L. cv. Hyola 401 , a split plot experiment was carried out based on randomized complete block design with four replications at the Research Farm of Shahid Beheshti Agriculture College (latitude 38° 51' N and longitude 41° 44' E and 1313 m above sea level) in 2010. The quality of harvested seeds under experimental treatments was tested based on ISTA standards. Results of ANOVA showed the significant interaction effect between irrigation disruption and biological phosphorus on the germination rate, germination percent and longitudinal value of seedling vigor. The highest germination rate (26.23 per day) belonged to 100 g/ha biological phosphorus without irrigation disruption and the lowest rate (12.37 per day) was obtained from irrigation disruption at the beginning of flowering without phosphorus application. The maximum percentage of germination (97.36 %) belonged to plants with no phosphorus at normal irrigation and the minimum germination percent (83.23 %) was obtained from irrigation disruption at the beginning of flowering stage with no phosphorus application.
