چکیده مقاله:

A Molecularly Imprinted Polymer (MIP), or plastic antibody is a polymer that is formed in the presence of a molecule that is extracted afterwards, thus leaving complementary cavities behind. These polymers show a certain chemical affinity for the original molecule and can be used to fabricate sensors, catalysis or for separation methods. The functional mechanism is similar to antibodies or enzymes. Iprodione is a dicarboximide contact fungicide used to control a wide variety of crop diseases. It is used on vegetables, ornamentals and root crops to control fungal pests, and may also be used as a post harvest fungicide and as a seed treatmentIn present research sensing demeanor of molecular imprinting polymer based on polyaniline in contrast with Iprodione as like as a sample measurements via FT-IR and conductance by using a four-point probe method. Analyte concentration and polymer reaction time are two sensing confidants that investigated in this work. Molecular imprinting selectivity examined in contrast with structure of molecules similar to analyte. In all cases conductivity of molecular imprinting polymer remarkable in compare to molecular non-imprinting polymer (NIP) because of analyte effect on polymer structure. The results show that molecular imprinted surface in combination with conductometric method is a usefull system for the sensing applications.
