Cytotoxic Activity of Crude Methanolic Extract and Different Fractions of Echinophora platyloba

Antioxidant Activity of crude methanol extract as well as chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol soluble fractions of Echinophora platyloba, which is widely used in western and central Iran as a food seasoning and edible vegetable, were studied. The antioxidant activity of extract/different fractions were determined by MTT assay against MDA-MB-231 cell line.
