Avian IB which is caused by IBV of the coronavirus family,is the important respiratory and urogenital diseases poultry, it imposes many economic losses to the poultry industry and cause death in chickens less than 6 weeks. Tissue orientation different strains of the virus are the result of a virus connection to host cells through viral peplomer, thus any change in the protein of virus covering peplomer results in the tissue tropism change of the virus.
