Bacterial resistance to antibiotics is a global problem. Thus, discovery of newer antibacterial agents is necessary. As a result of this problem, researchers are usually focusing on natural products to develop better medications against drug- resistant microbial strains. Plants sorts oak has long posed as a medicinal plant and also its thin skin (containing tannic acid) in the past have been used in the treatment of ulcers of the stomach and the intestines diarrhea. The aim of this study was to Antimicrobial effect evaluation extract of Quercus and thin skin on E. coli, S. aureus and V cholera s.epidermis.
