چکیده مقاله:

دردهه اخیر استفاده از تلفن همراه درحین رانندگی بصورت چشمگیری رو به رشد نهاده است براساسم طالعات انجام شده صحبت راننده با تلفن همراه اثراتی چون کوری ناشی از عدم تمرکز راننده انحراف از خط حرکت و کاهش زمان پاسخ و عکس العمل وی را در پی دارد همچنین این رانندگان چهاربرابر بیشتر احتمال تصادف دارند قانونمنع استفاده از تلفن همراه درحین رانندگی کاهش استفاده رانندگان ازتلفن همراه را بدنبال داشته است ولی با توجه به رایج شدن ارسال و دریافت پیام کوتاه درهنگام رانندگی و استفاده از تلفن همراه بصورت دست آزاد چالشهای جدیدی درمورد قانون گذاری و جریمهمتخلفین شکل گرفته است این مقاله به بررسی مطالعات انجامشده در زمینههای فوق پرداخته و راه کارهای ممکن برای مقابله با این نگرانی جدید ارایه می شود.
