چکیده مقاله:

One of the most critical issues in designing and utilizing agricultural tractors is to minimize the vibration level. Different seat test procedures and suspension systems are evaluated and employed on agricultural tractors in order to prevent operators from occupational diseases caused by vibrations. Vibration may result from machine and terrain factors. Shock-type vibrations are frequently experienced in vehicles excited by impulsive input, such as bumps in the road, and cause discomfort. Tractors do not have suspension systems and the vibration levels (particularly for those without suspended cabins) are high compared to other road vehicles. The problem of tractor ride becomes more critical since the dominant natural frequencies of the tractor (1-7 Hz) lie within the most critical frequency range of human body. Vibrations experienced by the driver at the tractor seat lie especially in this vulnerable range. The most important vibration modes are probably vertical and pitch vibrations. It is about vibrations generated in engine while the tractor is working, which are then transmitted to the driver’s body through the seat, the frame and the controls. Exposure to these vibrations over a longer period can lead to serious health issues. Multiplied vibration levels that occur in a complex system such as tractor are transmitted to the operator in three basic ways: a) through the seat, when whole body vibration of the operator is induced, b) through manual controls and the steering wheel, when vibrations in upper limbs of the operator are induced, c) through the supports and the floor of the cab as well as foot controls, when mostly local vibrations in lower limbs of the operator are induced. The vibration energy absorbed by the operator’s body was also increased by increasing the driving speed of the agricultural combination. Therefore, measuring and evaluating of vibrations are critical from the aspect of developing safety measures. Considerable effort has been made to establish the optimum design parameters for tractor seats. Further reductions in the level of ride vibrations experienced by tractor operators appear to be necessary and some possible methods of achieving significant improvements have been outlined. In the present study, we suggest the methods for reduction of vibration of operator seat in U-650 tractor. The manufacturers of tractors are currently trying to improve the level of comfort at the driver’s place by reducing both the production and the transmission of vibration. On the best modern trackalying tractor models, vibration levels frequently exceed stipulated limits, so that a further reduction is urgently required. Possible solutions that could be developed may involve the universal adoption of rubber tracks and/or the fitting of silent blocks on the cab floor and suspension devices on one or both axles. Usually it is equipped with either suspended seats or suspended cabs to improve operator comfort. Also we can apply piezo electric material (composite of Lead, Zirconate, and Titanate), based vibration isolator and install beneath the tractor seat for attenuation of vibration and we can use the standard type seat suspension instead of rigid seat.
