With new research linking respiratory disease, heart attacks, and premahwe deaths, lung cancer deaths and serious public health problems to power plant pollution. In this article we investigate and check the power plant productive pollutants such as Sulfur Dioxide (S02), Particulate Matter (PM), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Mercury (Hg), Carbon Dioxide (C02), and we study about the water pollution in power plant cycle and compare the fossils fuel power plant with nuclear fueled power plant. In nuclear division we consider the exposure, their rate and their effect in and out of power plant. we compare the fossil and nuclear power plant pollutants, sources, effect and their rate .In chenlical pollution division we study the climate change, chemical reaction and study all aspect of acid rain problem that not yet solved and will answer to questions like what is the acid rain how form is it and what is it's effect on earth, environmental and creatures life .and in subsequence the effect of power plant pollution on ozone layer . Study more in nuclear division the radiation, rate and effect on body and. environmental with respect to ICRP and ICRU and IAEA laws .For some cautions in this article we will study some different accident and some upgrading plant like TMI, CHERNOBYL with more extension we study the toxic that release in the air and effects of detectable emission that emitted hom fission and it's fragments. In this
article will study the history of nuclear power plant safety. and we together arrive to these facts that :How we can reduce the pollutants and what power plant is best selection for om future generation ?And in some notation we study others power plant and study their capability for producing energy and their pollution and deduce the nuclear power plant is cleanest energy producer plant.
