Synthesis of Nano-Sized NaY Zeolite Composite By Ionothermal Method with Ultrasonic Assisted

Zeolites are materials with very different characteristics are due to the absorption properties, ion exchange, and the ability of screening applications in various industries. Synthetic zeolite crystal purity and chemical due to natural zeolite with greater commercial importance, and this has led in the past two decades, many efforts are made to synthesize zeolite. There are several methods for the synthesis of zeolites, such as hydrothermal, microwave, sol-gel. In this paper, NaA type zeolite synthesized by ionothermal method with Ultrasonic Assisted have been done. To study the properties of the powder X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and FT-IR are used.The results showed that the crystal size is about 45-50 nm.
