چکیده مقاله:

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدلی نوین برنامه استراتژیک توانمند سازمدیریت منابع انسانی سازمان مبتنی بر هوش معنوی، اخلاقی و سرمایه اجتماعی است. بررسی مدل های مختلف در حوزه برنامه ریزی استراتژیک نشان می دهد که لزوم توجه به چشم انداز، استراتژی ساختاری سازمان ها، جزء لاینفک در برنامه ریزی نیروی انسانی موفق خواهد بود.؛ و تبدیل شدن برنامه ریزی استراتژیک منابع انسانی به رویکرد توانمند سازی مدیریت منابع انسانی مبتنی بر هوش معنوی، اخلاقی و سرمایه اجتماعی در جهت تعالی سازمان هارویکرد جدیدی است که این پژوهشی از نظر هدف کاربردی، و بر اساس روش توصیفی تحلیلی با گردآوری داده ها و اسناد، مطالعات کتابخانه ای، مقالات علمی پژوهشی و اینترنت، ضمن بررسی و تحلیل تفصیلی مفاهیم و مدل های برنامه ریزی استراتژیک مدیریت توانمند سازی منابع انسانی و مشخص کردن مولفه های محتوایی و رویکردهای مختلف آن، با نتایج بدست آمده در این حوزه نیز نسبت به ارائه مدل نوین برنامه استراتژیک توانمند سازمدیریت منابع انسانی سازمان مبتنی بر هوش معنوی، اخلاقی و سرمایه اجتماعی پرداخته است
