Study of Groundwater, Groundwater-Related Subsidences and Different Methods for Groundwater Monitoring

In brief, groundwater is water located lower limit the ground surface in soil pore spaces and in the fractures of lithologic formations. This kind ofwater is also often withdrawn for agricultural, municipal and industrial use by constructing and operating extraction wells. Typically, groundwater is thought of as liquid water flowing through shallow aquifers, but technically it can also include soil moisture, permafrost (frozen soil), immobile water in very low permeability bedrock, and deep geothermal or oil formation water. There is some different ways or methods to study of the distribution and movement of groundwater.In the other hand Groundwater-related subsidence is a very important case in the study of ground water, therefore the main objective of this paper is to finely study about groundwater Sketch,Groundwater-related subsidence and different methods of groundwater monitoring.
