The study of laws and institutions responsible for consideration of claims of state organizations against each other

The dispute among organizations related to the executive is inevitable. The study of this subject indicates existence of different laws before or after Islamic Revolution. The view of the executive in past years resolves this dispute has been outside judiciary and with its internal mechanisms. But due to necessities resulted from execution of article159 of constitution and some interpretations, this purpose has not realized. Alongside internal circular of judiciary implying their effort to reject these claims, the executive by prohibition of executive organizations on payment of hearing costs and wages of lawyer has tried to obtain this purpose. In this paper, we attempt to study laws and special institutions responsible for consideration of claims of state organizations against each other.
